Glazing on older windows
Loose putty lets the glass rattle and air through. We patch it so the sash seals again.
Sliders
Aluminum and vinyl sliders seal with pile strips. Flattened pile is replaced in the right height.

Fogged glass, cracked frames or water inside the wall go to a window or stucco contractor.
